We assist the business customers from early stages of starting a business in Poland, establishing and transforming companies, employing foreigners, legalizing stay for the prospective employees and obtaining work permits.
RESIDENCE PERMITS FOR MEMBERS OF THE BOARD
The temporary residence permit and work permit may be granted to the foreigners who start or continue to work as a board member of a joint stock company or a limited company, which shares the foreigner does not have.
They are obliged to obtain a work permit, if they stay in Poland in connection with the function.
If the foreigners performing the function of members of the board want to obtain a work permit, the company has to fulfill certain criteria, i.a. employ sufficient numbers of personnel and produce sufficient revenues. However, in case of newly established companies, it is necessary to show the funds that would meet these requirements.
RESIDENCE PERMITS FOR SHAREHOLDERS
Foreigners who are shareholders of a company may work in the company on the basis of a temporary residence permit for business purposes without separate work permit.
Obtaining a residence permit depends on the condition of a company, which shares the foreigner has and on the employment situation.
RESIDENCE PERMITS FOR FAMILY MEMBERS
The members of the board and shareholders staying in Poland for more than 2 years on the basis of a temporary residence permit may apply for a residence permit for their family members.
